Are you the Parent of a Child with Sickle Cell Disease?

A research project is looking for teens 13-17 years old to assist with the development of Pinpoint, a phone and tablet app that helps young Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) patients assess and talk about their pain.

If you have a child between the ages of 13-17 years old who has SCD, you and your child may be eligible to participate in this study sponsored by The National Institutes of Health.

Both parents and children will be asked to participate.

Children will be asked to use the Pinpoint app for up to 16 weeks and complete surveys.

Parents will be asked to complete surveys.

Teen participants will receive a $20 gift card and Parents will receive a $10 gift card for each assessment period.
