Dear Sickle Cell Community:
We recognize escalated economical support needs due to Covid-19, such as personal protective
items, wage relief, childcare, telehealth, distance learning, cab fares, food, home heating,
emergency assistance for those experiencing domestic violence and outdoor gear for the
homeless.
We are grateful to our partnership with DHS/OHA, Cares and others that we are able to assist

You will need State I.D, a recent piece of mail and a
letter of the type of sickle cell disorder you have or the reason you are applying.
